The present General Sales Terms (hereinafter the « Terms ») establish the legal framework applicable to the use of our e-shop (hereinafter « NATURLAB-SHOP.COM») and of the offered Products and services.
Please read these carefully and make sure you understand these before ordering on NATURLAB-SHOP.COM.
By using our site, you accept being bound by these Terms.

We reserve the right to amend these Terms at any moment. Further use made of our site following amendments to the Terms implies acceptance.

General provisions
The Limited Liability Company MACULAN CONSULTING, with legal office established in 4100 Seraing, at 5, rue Biefnot and registered in the BCE databank under number 0629.674.015 (hereinafter the « Company ») offers the possibility of ordering items and to have these delivered through their online platform (hereinafter «NATURLAB-SHOP.COM»).
The Company offers via NATURLAB-SHOP.COM a visibility to Producers/ Craftsmen who have also the possibility of offering their Products for sale via the online platform.
The items of the Producers referenced on the online platform and offered for sale are solely supplied to customers grouped according to the terms defined by the present general terms (hereinafter the «Terms»).
The Terms apply to all the items offered on NATURLAB-SHOP.COM and to any purchase made by the customer from the Company via NATURLAB-SHOP.COM.
The customer accepts that these Terms are the sole applicable conditions, excluding his own general or particular terms, even if these provide that they are exclusively enforceable.
Registration
In order to benefit from the services offered by the Company, the customer shall register on NATURLAB-SHOP.COM.
The customer commits himself to supply accurate and complete information and to update this information as soon as possible.
For any suspicious or false information, the Company reserves the right to suspend or close the customer’s account and to refuse to him, for the future, access to the whole or to part of NATURLAB-SHOP.COM.
Products
The Products presented and offered for sale on NATURLAB-SHOP.COM originate from local Producers, Craftsmen.
The Company does not guarantee the « organic » origin of the products.
Although the Company tries to present the products for sale on NATURLAB-SHOP.COM as precisely as possible and to describe them in the most accurate and complete way possible, the Company does not guarantee the accurateness, reliability or exhaustiveness of these descriptions.
The Company is not liable in cases where the information relating to the items available on NATURLAB-SHOP.COM is inaccurate, incomplete, or not up to date.
The contents of NATURLAB-SHOP.COM is provided for information only and does not constitute the sole source of information available to the customer.
When errors or omissions have occurred as to this presentation, the Company’s liability may not be incurred.
Errors, inaccuracies and omissions
NATURLAB-SHOP.COM may contain typographical errors, inaccuracies, or omissions relating to the description of the items, to the prices, promotions, offers, postal charges, delivery times and as to availability.
In such case, the Company reserves the right to correct any error, inaccuracy, omission and to modify or to update the information or to cancel orders and this, at any moment and without prior notice (including after the customer has placed his order).
Purchase
Any order of products is subject to these Terms as well as to availability of the products and confirmation of the prices.
Solely the holder of a valid credit card or debit card can order a product.
By ordering, you guarantee the truthfulness of your personal data and contact details.
You also guarantee that you are authorized to use the credit or debit card used to place an order and that you have the necessary funds available on your bank account to cover the costs of your order.
The possibility to check your order and to correct any error is given to you before validation.
Any purchase becomes effective as soon as the item(s) is/are paid.
Any purchase implies acceptation of the present terms by the customer.
The Company will make every effort to guarantee maximum payment safety and proper execution of the order.
Price- Delivery
The prices are given in Euros.
In case of order of a product from a member state of the European Union, the prices displayed on NATURLAB-SHOP.COM include VAT.
The products are delivered by the Company DHL EXPRESS BENELUX, with legal office established in 1831 DIEGEM, at 151 Woluwelaan, to such address as indicated by the customer when ordering on NATURLAB-SHOP.COM.
The delivery charges are not included in the displayed prices and will be invoiced in addition.
The delivery charges vary depending on the type of products ordered and the indicated delivery address.
The delivery charges applied to your order are clearly indicated on NATURLAB-SHOP.COM before validation of your order.
Any order placed on the site and delivered outside Belgium can be subject to possible taxes and customs duties imposed when the parcel reaches its destination.
We do not have knowledge of the amounts of these additional duties and taxes. You are responsible for the payment of these additional import duties and taxes.
Please contact your local customs office for more information before placing your order.
The Company cannot be held liable in case of cancellation of the delivery by the Company DHL EXPRESS BENELUX.
Return policy, Right of withdrawal
If you are a consumer originating from a member state of the European Union, you enjoy a right of withdrawal within 14 days of receipt of your order on NATURLAB-SHOP.COM. (European Directive 2011/83/EU and article VI.47. of the Belgian Code on Economic Law).
The notification of the withdrawal by the customer to the Company occurs by making use of the form present on NATURLAB-SHOP.COM and provided by law.
The customer solely only enjoys his right of withdrawal provided the items are returned in their original state and packaging, not unpacked, to the Producer within 14 days of receipt.
The items shall further be accompanied by a copy of the purchase invoice.
The return of the goods occurs at the buyer’s expense and risk.
The Producer reserves the right to check the state of the returned goods within 2 weeks of receipt.
If the item has not been unpacked, unsealed, or damaged, the Company shall refund the purchase within 30 days, except for the postage costs which remain payable by the customer.
The Customer is responsible for the application for refund of the additional fees and taxes to be submitted to your local customs service.
Otherwise (unpacked, unsealed, or damaged item), the buyer’s right of withdrawal is thereby terminated.
To recover his item, he shall then contact the Producer.
The Company acts in the capacity of intermediary between the Customer and the Producer.
The Company undertakes to make every effort so that the consumer enjoys his right of withdrawal.
However, this right of withdrawal is to be exercised between the Customer and the Producer.
Professional buyers do not have this option of withdrawal available.
Complaints
All possible complaints relating to the performance of the service, to the state of the items shall be communicated to the Company via NATURLAB-SHOP.COM not later than on the working day following the delivery, under penalty of extinction of all rights.
In case of abuse, the Company reserves the right to remove the customer’s account.
Any dispute shall first be resolved by an attempt of conciliation with the Company. If necessary, the case will be submitted to the consumer mediation service. For more information about the extrajudicial procedures, the customer can visit: http://ec.europa.eu/odr.
All possible complaints relating to the delivery times shall be addressed to the Company DHL EXPRESS BENELUX.
The Company cannot be held liable in case of complaint relating to the delivery of the products.
Product take-back
Without prior written agreement by the Company, sold products are not taken back neither exchanged.
Liability and warranty
The Producer guarantees that the preparation of the orders of Products will occur in compliance with the standards and regulations.
The Company DHL EXPRESS BENELUX guarantees the delivery of the orders in a way consistent with the standards and regulations.
The Company cannot be held liable for:
- the non-compliance or hidden defects of the products referenced on NATURLAB-SHOP.COM ;
- damage caused by the fault of the customer, in particular following to the storage of the products in bad post-delivery conditions ;
- damage caused by exceptional events beyond the control of the Company, unpredictable and likely to delay or prevent the performance of the service;
- indirect damage such as: loss of profit, loss of income, loss of an opportunity, etc. (non-exhaustive)
Access to the platform and privacy
Once the customer is registered, his access to NATURLAB-SHOP.COM occurs via the e-mail address he communicated at the time of his registration, with entry of a corresponding password he will have defined beforehand at the time of his registration.
The e-mail address communicated by the customer will subsequently be used to forward to him any form of communication related to NATURLAB-SHOP.COM.
The customer undertakes to keep his password confidential in order to avoid any unauthorized use by third parties. Any use of the service performed through the customer’s password is deemed to have been performed by the latter.
The Company will under no circumstance be held liable in the event of loss or damage due to a breach of the privacy obligations incumbent on the consumer.
In case of disclosure of his password to a third party, the customer will be held responsible for all manipulations performed via the platform by the latter.
Prohibited use // Producer
The customer is not entitled to use NATURLAB-SHOP.COM or the content thereof : (a) for illegal purposes; (b) to incite third parties to perform illegal acts or to take part to such acts; (c) to violate any regional, community, national or international law; (d) to infringe or to violate the intellectual property rights of the Company or of any third party; (e) to harass, abuse, insult, hurt, defame, slander, disparage, intimidate or discriminate anyone on the basis of gender, sexual orientation, religion, ethnicity, race, age, national origin, or disability; (f) to submit false or misleading information; (g) to transmit viruses or any other type of malicious code used or likely to be used with a view to compromise the functionality or operation of the Service or of any other associated, independent, or Internet website; (h) to collect or follow other people’s personal information; (i) for obscene or immoral purposes; (j) to infringe or circumvent the security measures of NATURLAB-SHOP.COM, of any other website, or of the Internet.
The Company reserves the right to remove the customer’s account for reason of violation by prohibited uses.
Closing of account
The customer can request the closing of his online account. The removal of an account upon request of the customer does not entail any compensation or refund.
The Company reserves the right to close a customer’s account unilaterally in case of: fraudulent behaviour, breach of the present terms, repeated hampering/behaviour incompatible with a proper performance of the service and clear abuse.
In case of unilateral closing of a customer’s account by the Company, the customer will not be entitled to any other compensation than the amount of the orders paid and not delivered yet.

The Company undertakes to exclusively use the contact details of his customer s to answer their request in accordance with the law of 30 July 2018 enforcing the GDPR.
These contact details will solely be used for purposes relating to the contractual relationship and are only be stored for the time necessary to comply with accounting and tax obligations.
The Company processes the customer data as confidential information. These will not be communicated to third parties, unless in specific cases or if such communication is necessary for the proper performance of the services as described in ARTICLE 1 of the present Terms.
The customer can at any time consult, modify, correct, or request the removal of his contact details from the Company’s customers list.
The customer is entitled to object to the use by the Company of his data for commercial purposes by unchecking the corresponding option on the site www.naturlab-shop.com.
If the customer no longer wishes to receive offers and news of the Company, he can unsubscribe at any moment by clicking on the UNSUBSCRIBE link.
The customer accepts that his contact details are communicated to the Company DHL INTERNATIONAL, which performs the delivery, and this exclusively to ensure proper performance of this service.
Validity & Waiver
Nullity or invalidity of one of the provisions of the present terms will solely entail the nullity of said provision and not the nullity of all of the terms.
Failure by the Company to enforce one of the articles of the present Terms, or to exercise any right following therefrom, does not entail a waiver by the Company to enforce other provisions of the present Terms.
Amendments
The price of the items offered by the Company on NATURLAB-SHOP.COM can be changed without advance notice.
The Company reserves the right to amend or interrupt the Service at any time (as well as any part or any content of the Service) without prior notice and at any time.
The Company is not liable to the customer or to any other third party for any modification of the price, suspension, or interruption of the Service.
Evidence
The customer accepts that the communications performed via NATURLAB-SHOP.COM and the electronic back-ups can serve as evidence.
ARTICLE 18 - Intellectual property, software, and contents
The rights on the Site and the Contents are protected by the international copyright laws as well as by any other national law on copyright and databanks.
You are not entitled to systematically retrieve and/or reuse parts of the Site or of the Contents thereof.
In particular, you are not entitled to use tools enabling the collection or retrieval of data from the website. You are not entitled to create and/or to publish your own databank including considerable parts of the Site without our prior written consent.
Unless otherwise provided, any person (including their names and images), third party brands and images of third party, services and/or places mentioned on the Site are by no means associated with, linked, or affiliated to us. Any registered trademark/name appearing on the Site is the property of the respective owners.
ARTICLE 19 – Applicable law and choice of court clause
The Agreement is governed by the provisions of the Belgian law.
Any dispute relating to the present terms falls within the exclusive jurisdiction of the Belgian courts and the Company Court of Liège, Liège division.
